Just what the subject says.  I am setting up a new Galaxy Watch 6 classic and every time I try to do Samsung app updates (like it says to in a notification on my phone), it says "sign in to your Samsung account on your phone." I press "ok" and it opens up the login screen on my phone.  This screen says "Connect the selected device using the account below", and then shows my email address.  If I press the "continue" button it just goes immediately back to the wearables app and I have to start the whole thing over again.

Because of this, I am also not able to add new watch faces on the watch.  When I try to add one it says "There was a problem authenticating your Samsung account.  Please try again later."

I've uninstalled everything from the phone, reset the watch twice, allowed all permissions for every app.  Nothing is working.

It spontaneously worked after attempting login a couple dozen times, no idea what happened there. I'm thinking the wearables app is a bit buggy.

Did you actually set up your watch by signing into the Samsung account *on the watch itself*? On the watch, open the settings, make sure your Samsung account show at the top of the settings screen.
