Weather complications not working with Watch 6 watchfaces on Watch 5

As you know Samsung updated the Wear App on your phone and added the Watch 6 Watch Faces to the Watch 4 and 5 2 days ago.

The weather complications for these new watchfaces are not working. Eg when you set a complication for weather it shows your supposed to see the temperature when it's saved on your watch. It doesn't. It shows just the icon. You have to click on the icon to see your temperature and weather.

The same is true for rain chances. I really hope Samsung will push an update out to fix this.

Hey! 🙂 If you have a Watch 4/5, you're no doubt on the beta, correct? The stable release shouldn't be too much longer, so I'm sure with the final release these bugs will all be worked out. Nevertheless, be sure to report this in the One UI Watch 5 beta forums!!

Ah I see now! I hadn't checked personally if they had been added on my end (I'm on the beta with my Watch 5 Pro), sorry about that! There will no doubt be updates for these faces, probably with the stable release. If these errors still persist though, do make sure to send this as an error report in the Samsung Members app's Support tab>Send feedback section.

It's interesting this has been mentioned; I took the weather complication off my Watch6 Classic because it refused to show the temp. Instead, it showed the name of the city I'm currently in under the current weather icon. I still can't figure out how to make it show temperature instead of location on the face.

I only see the weather icon on the complication, and dashes for the temperature

So it's happening on Watch 6 too and filtered down to the Watch 5 and probably 4.
