I'm confused on why I spent hundreds of dollars on a watch that can't accurately keep up with temperature changes? I asked bixby and it's 77 degrees. My watch still says 63 degrees from this morning, 3 hours later.

This happened to me as well, the solution I found is to make sure the Ongoing Notifications is turned on in the Weather app on the phone.  This app controls everything the watch widget and app get.  Here is the procedure I followed:

Is location turned on in the settings of your Galaxy watch? If yes, which setting do you have chosen for location?
