Galaxy WatchI recently bought the newer samsung galaxy watch. The active 2. I bought it, to help me track my work outs, and so people can get ahold of me without having my phone on me. I absolutely love this watch, but I noticed its not compatible with weight watchers, or WW. I contacted them and asked why and they said both parties are working on it and it would be beneficial for me to ask about it with samsung as well. She said it was a commonly asked question.

Thank you for your interest in sharing your idea with Samsung. We appreciate your feedback and will tag it on the forum so that it will appear with other feedback, ideas, and requests. This will allow your post to be more easily found in the event that Samsung product groups are seeking outside feedback/requests/ideas regarding our products.
We would also recommend reaching out to weight watchers directly to find out about compatibility as they are a third party app for our devices.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Galaxy Watch...this is your response to every suggestion I've found in regards to syncing up with WW. Can you provide further information? Is this in the works? What needs to be done to make this a reality?

Galaxy WatchI wish I had never bought this Samsung watch. As a member of WW, I would really benefit from having the capability to sync up with the WW app!! How annoying and aggravating!! Wish I could return this as it seems there is no effort being made to work on this issue, which obviously OTHERS are bothered by TOO!! Uggghhhhhhh. Should a bought a FitBit. Just told my husband to in fact.

Galaxy WatchI have the galaxy watch as well, and am extremely disappointed that it is not compatible. I have no was to track my steps and have to use generic calculations to track activity. Very disappointed. I may need to go back to the fitbit.
