I have a Galaxy Watch 6. This is the first time I've seen this. I've had the S25 Ultra for almost a month.

If I'm correct you have it set up like that. You're watch makes it easier to track since it's on your wrist.

Look at the sleep pattern. How can I be awake, in REM, Light, and Deep sleep at the same time?

Now you have me wanting to look at mines to see why it would do something like that. Once I found out I'll definitely let you know.

Since this is the first time something like this has occurred from the time you got the watch a month ago, hopefully this is a one-time glitch. If this happens again, or continues happening, a quick factory reset and restore of the watch from a saved backup should be the fastest fix.

I have a fit 3 and it has never done that so it could be a software bug

That's s sleep pattern that usually happens during the semi yearly time change. It ususally happens when time gets set back, not jumps ahead.

Which watch do you have?  That happened to me last year (both forward and back) with the watch 4, but not this month with the watch 7.

As stated, I have the Galaxy Watch 6. The problem did not occur this morning.
When you mentioned daylights savings time, it made sense as to why that happened...
