I've had the worst experience with repair service. Sent my watch Jul 15th. No one seems to have information on my watch. This started 7/13 when by watch was burning my arm due to the horrible updates. (Many were having this issue) I've contacted and waited, but have only gotten the run around from basic customer service reps.
They say my watch is with corporate and no one has access to that information. Are you kidding me. Where the heck is my watch and why hasn't corporate contacted me in over a month? Aug 3 I was advised it would be replaced. Aug 19 I was advised that the previous rep gave me incorrect info but no one can give me anything. Worst experience ever! Where the heck is my watch?
