Galaxy WatchWhy can't I request mail-in service for my cracked Galaxy Watch Active? It's under warrenty until April 2021 but if I have to pay to get it fixed, I'd just like to know. Everytime I start a service request, the website pops up with an error and won't let me submit the service request. How do I get my watch fixed?

Galaxy WatchThank you for that information. I would recommend reaching out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 for further assistance. They would be able to set your device up for service as it's out of warranty due to physical damage.
