As much as I was looking forward to updating my two month old Galaxy 5 watch to the latest release (hoping for better features, better sleep data etc) after reading about all the issues people are reporting for now I've disabled the auto-update. Just wondering what's the consensus? I'd imagine there's no easy way to roll back if things aren't to our liking.
Are you referring to the One UI Watch 5 stable release? It should be here sometime in early September. Hopefully all these bugs being reported will have been squashed in the final version.
I want bedtime mode back on my watch, without putting my phone in DO NOT DISTURB on my phone, had to go through many menus to be able to still have my phone get texts and phone calls, want MY WATCH to record snoring, as of now can't get that to work at all on my Watch 6. I hate this watch, only thing I like about it is the rotating bezel!
Yes the One UI Watch 5 stable release, which I thought was already being rolled out. If in fact it's still in beta testing and these issues will be resolved then that makes me feel better.
I read few weeks it was already out. Did they stop rolling out? I know Samsung slow on updates but it's been since April when the last update come out.
Yeah the sleep mode seems to be at the very top of the concerns. Not just the enabling of it but also the recorded data is off. As a Pixel phone user I was hoping for the ECG app to become available as part of the Samsung Health App so everyone could use it. I was also hoping for the hiking "track-back" feature to come to all the watches and not just the pro versions but neither of those is happening. Curious what you like about the update?
