Work profile notifications issue

Upgraded to galaxy watch 7 recently and paired it with my S25 Ultra. Im not receiving any work profile outlook or teams notifications, I enabled app notifications for both of this apps in the wear app. Tried uninstall and reinstall options as well. It was working fine with my old galaxy watch 6 classic and S22 Ultra. Any help on this is much appreciated. Thanks!!

I am not receiving any notifications(calls or messages) for any of the Work apps like Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, etc. I know this was working before the One UI version upgrade. I have tried all possible troubleshooting - reset watch, restart, enable/disable notifications, etc. I don't see these apps listed under the apps section in Notifications section of Samsung Wear app on phone. I have checked with few other colleagues and friends, and they seem to have the same issue.

I am using Galaxy Watch 5 with One UI Version 6.0, with latest updates.

It's resolved for me after enabling the Outlook Admin policy in "Device Admin Apps". Attached the screenshot. Hope this helps someone.1746470258172.jpg

I am having this same issue. Since my employer forced us to use work accounts, Teams has disappeared from my Galaxy Watch5 & my Outlook is installed but not signed in to my work account, even though I am on my phone. I have both apps installed in both personal & work accounts on my phone.
Samsung - please provide a solution. Using this to stay connected with work is the reason I bought this watch!

I also am having the issue of work notifications not being passed to my galaxy watch ultra. I used nice catch and can see the service that plays the sound notification on my phone. When I look in the wear app, it does not show the app as having received a notification when I sort by recent. It seems like the work profile and wear app have a disconnect. I tried enabling the device admin apps as above (though the particular app I'm hoping to get notifications from is not a microsoft product) and it did not fix my issue.

If that can help anyone, i had the same issue for the last few months and tried everything without any success.  Looking at this website:

It looks like since ver. Hub 24.11 of Intelligent Hub, new restrictions were added and notifications from work profile apps (Outlook, Teams) were not working anymore.  I installed a Hub version prior to that one and just tested, everything is back to normal and notifications are now working properly.  This is not a samsung issue but rather a problem from the Intelligent Hub app.
