I bought 2 active 2 lte watches for myself and my wife. Both watches overheat and go to flight mode when they are used to place a call using the standalone mode.
I did a factory reset to both watches but it didn't resolve the issue.
I contacted samsung support over the phone and visited 2 of their service locations and they said they never had this issue with any other customer. I was advised just to return them to bestbuy. This is ver frustrating and unexpected for such an expensive product.
