adidas running app keep closing on galaxy watch 4 CLASSIC lte

Hi all work fine untill 28/3/22

i use the watch as stand alon with adidas for winsurfing and walking 

try to reset the watch to factory check that adidas is not in optimize battary

need a solotion please help

could be an app issue... or less likely chance of not enough storage or RAM space on the watch (since you say you reset the watch already).

Reproduce the issue then report to samsung using wearable app > get help > error report.
