can't access Galaxy store on Active 2 watch

I can't open the Galaxy store on my Active 2 watch. It says "Something went wrong. Try again." I have seeen numerous posts on this topic - since about July 2019 - but NO solutions. Can anyone help?


I'm using a MotoZ4 - Android 9


Not being able to open the store really limits the functionality of the watch.
