thanks for the encouragement everything works now it's fixed I have the latest version tizen the latest version internet app like you said just do a reset on the watch it's best if you have the Network lock turned on that's for sure I did the reset the phone app had everything backed up already after the reset all the info was restored from most recent backup it was really easy after the restore everything worked especially the internet up updated properly I think the whole problem was after the tizen update the internet app would not update and actually the internet app seemed to have stopped working because I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and it turned into rudimentary version it just took an hour or two I did the reset with network lock on all is well
