feature enhancement: Schedule Goodnight mode

I used to use Do Not Disturb to prevent my watch (which I wear at night to track my sleep) from waking up and turning on the screen when I'm in bed (scheduled times) however the DND behavior changed and it no longer prevents the screen from turning on.

It's clear that Goodnight Mode is the intended feature for my use case but you have to turn it on and off manually. I would like an option to schedule Goodnight mode similar to DND.

The settings for Goodnight mode seem to keep changing. At one point in time you could set it so that it would learn your regular bed time and automatically prompt you that it would turn on that a certain time. I can't find that setting anymore and not sure why they would remove it. It was a nice feature so that you didn't have to remember to switch the mode each night.
