galaxy watch gallery problem

pics that I sendt to watch are not in watch gallery app

 

on the mobile app its show sending progres. its in %. and take some time

 

then there is message on the watch itself, " 1 new pics, check out gallery app"

but there is nothing there

 

tried to switch on/off mobilephone and watch

 

I'm not very happy to delete cache on Galaxy wear because it will wipe all data from watch, and all this annoing proces of setup watch, backup apps and setings  etc...

bdw, both in mobile app and on sgw looks different now after updates, but yes i follow all steps mentioned

Today I did reset Galaxy watch, and app on my Phone.

 

Ofcourse despite backup ist a mess witch setup again, all option are at random or presset.

Is this a back UP or just "back UP of sorts we Will buck up only part of your settings"

 

OK, never mind

 

Sending pics to watch doesnt work.

Again iys show countdown in %, watch buzz and message pop up.

 

You got 1 New Pictures, open galery app?

I go with it, galery app opens up...

What type of device are you using with the watch? Can I please have the full model number for your watch so I can assist you further?
