is the gear 2 compat6with another carrier once it is on at&t of it is paid

I am wanting to seel my gear 2 wearable. It is paid for and off contract. I had it on AT&T. Someone wants to by it but has verizon. Will it be compatible

Is it LTE or Bluetooth? 

 

I would have the other person reach out to their carrier to verify the compatibility of your watch with their network.
