"Galaxy watch 3" ECG function not working with different countries software on devices

I have a galaxy watch 3 U.S. edition and a galaxy note 20 5G U.K. edition. I have downloaded and installed the samsung health monitor app, it detects my watch and asks me to setup but then tells me that its not supported at my location. Is there anything I can do to get it to work, both devices and countries support the ECG Health Monitoring. Is there anything I can do?
