touchscreen glitchy

My touch screen is acting as if there is something on the screen which causes it to turn on when it is charging, changes my watch face and drains the battery. I've only had the watch for about a week and a half,  purchased new from Amazon. I reached out to customer service and they say that my warranty is under review. I've rebooted and cleaned it and done factory reset already. Any other ideas? Or should I just use Amazon return service?

I would just use their return service. Then I would go to a recommended store close but to y'all. Just my opinion

Thank you for reaching out. I would recommend a service repair. You have a couple of options available:

 

1. Use the Amazon Return service.

2. Ship your device into Samsung for service.
