Ok, please tell me I am not the only one having this issue, because I could really use some help. I'm trying to redeem the promo codes I got with the Galaxy XR headset, but NONE OF THE PROMO CODES ARE WORKING!! YouTube-TV, Calm, Project Pulsar, none of them seem to work! I have tried for nearly a month to get the issue fixed, ans no one seems to have the solution. I have been in contact with SIX DIFFERENT PEOPLE from Samsung Customer Support, and three people from YouTube Customer Support, no one has resolved the issue.
The Email said I was supposed to get "detailed instructions," but I did not get the instructions, only the codes. Honestly, if it's possible to get replacement codes, that would be great.
