App issues and slow charging since recent update

After latest system update last night so many things don't work right. My weather channel app just spins and won't load. My messenger no longer has chat heads bubbles for easy access. My Z-Flip charges super slow now! I just hate  this update and hope they fix these things fast! A dead battery isn't going to do me any good.
