Photos on my built in camera app are working just fine with different aspect ratios but apps like snapchat and Instagram the camera only takes pictures that don't go the full length of the screen. Is this a common issue and is there a way to fix it?

2 things, firstly, snapchat dosnt use samsungs native camera and it basically just a view finder which is why it dosnt use any of the settings you're using.
Second (just a question) why use full as an aspect ratio when it crops in on your images and has the lowest resolution? 4:3 does not crop in and gives you the full view of everything. Also 4:3 is what snapchat uses. So it's giving you the best camera view it can without making it look even worse than it is on that app.
