Can't adjust cover screen brightness.

When I first got my Zflip 3 5g, I was able to adjust my cover screen brightness but somehow this phone doesn't offer that option anymore. What happened?

Swipe down on the cover screen that works on mine

Turn on the cover screen swipe from the top down will bring up the cover screen quick panel adjust the brightness from there
