Can't remove Spotify notification ?

Hey all,

I removed the Spotify notification in the drop down over and over , I also Uninstalled Spotify but this will not go away . Any suggestions ? It's not functional but it's been there for almost a month it's annoying. I'm on the z flip 3

Try clearing cache partition on recovery mode

Thanks , I held the buttons down and it rebooted . It never made it to recovery mode it just rebooted and went away, still solved the problem . Wouldn't of known without your suggestion!
