Galaxy Z Flip@sdmb Open the contacts app and search for that number. See if you have multiple entries for that number. If you do, it could be blocking the determination of the name for the group list.

Galaxy Z FlipHello sdmb, We understand having the contact show as a number instead of the name is bothersome.
Are all contacts saved to the same location? (Google, Microsoft, Samsung Cloud, or locally on the phone)
Is the contact's number a different format than other contacts?
Have you tried resetting the Network settings? Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network Settings (This will remove all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections from the phone.)
We also recommend submitting an error report in the Members app. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
