Edge panel not letting me create folders.

Ive always used folders on the edge panel in every phone, just changed to flip 5 and it stopped working.

Keeps crashing, ive done all the troubleshooting I could. Can someone fix this?!

emmakay, could you give us alittle more information about the issue you are experiencing with using the Edge Panel on your Z Flip5? When you swipe your Edge Panel Bar on the homescreen to open it, this causes a error/crashing message and does not open?
