It's not scheduled to turn itself off till 10. Sometimes it just turns itself off while sitting on the desk.

Galaxy Z FlipHello, We understand how frustrating it can be to discover your AOD has turned off. There are some steps to try to correct this behavior.
1. Try clearing the app cache. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
2. Go to Settings>Apps>AlwaysOnDisplay.
Select Battery.
Check that the app is Unrestricted.
3. Clear cache partition and repair apps in the recovery menu.
To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.
4. Perform a complete backup of your data and factory reset the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the AOD continues to turn off at unscheduled times, we recommend submitting an error report. https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/how-to-report-error-using-samsung-members-ap...
