Flex mode not working

My flip z 4 flex mode stopped working for camera, facebook, instagram, facebook messenger, gallery, etc. There is no toggle button for the app and only says "provides custom layout" 

I tried with Samsung tutor but they unable to fix it 😭

i've z flip 3 which i've just purchased but flex mode isn't working on any app like camera what's app etc. i restarted my device still nothing happening and i've updated my software and every apps too , and in the flex mode setting i can only force stop it but can't disable it , please someone help me with this , my only reason to buy this mobile phone was this flip and flex mode but i've not used the flex mode once
