Flip3 No update available

My Flip 3 is currently on Android 11 and One UI version 3.1.1. When i look for an update it tells me it is up to date. Not sure what to do since I'm new to android. I have the zflip 3 5g which should be compatible with the latest software.

Which carrier are you using or is it unlocked? I ask so we can see what the latest version available for that carrier is.

Regardless though, you should be on the June 2023 security update for Android 13.

I would try plugging it into a PC with the PC Smart Switch app. The app will sometimes bypass the OTA update and download directly from the server.

Mine in unlocked but I'm using verizon. I'll try the PC suggestion.

I don't think that one gets any more updates . There is a flip 5 am I right on that if so I think it's the only one getting a update bit it's on its last round to.

Flip 4 is the latest and it says there should still be support for the latest software for the 3 online
