Have had my Flip 3 for just under 2 years and now and Spotify music has started to constantly cut off. Have tried 3 different earbuds including brand new Galaxy ones and yet, fully charged, inside or outside, phone in hand, music on the earbuds will just shut off. Have to open the app and restart the song or hit the button on the earbud. The only thing that's the same in all instances is the phone. What's causing this? Am I the only one?
I understand how frustrating this issue is for you. This sounds like a Power Management issue with Androids Power Management Features. I too have run into similar issues with another applications. You will want to go to your Settings, Battery and check that Spotify is not using any Power Management. You can ensure that the App will never sleep as well. Doing this should not have any significant or highly noticeable difference in your phones battery longevity.
