My previous z flip 4 had black screen. I sent it back to get a replacement phone. Everything was restored EXCEPT my voice recordings.  How can I retrieve those if at all? I've always been able to retrieve them through my Samsung cloud.  Not sure why this time it didn't.

Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it is when a certain part of your phone is not restored correctly. I would suggest trying to restore your device from your backup one more time to see if there was just a hiccup in the restoration process. You can restore your phone by following the below steps.

Go to Settings, then tap Accounts and backup.
Tap Restore data.
If you have multiple Samsung devices backed up to the same account, each of your backups will be displayed. ...
Select the apps that you wish to restore.
Tap Restore.
If prompted, tap Install to restore your Apps screen and Home screen.

If your voice memo's are still not restored after trying that they may have not been backed up properly when backing up the device.
