How do you download security updates on mobile data?

How do you download a security update on mobile data if it only states download with wifi only? Never had this proeith all my other Samsung Galaxy phones?

I have found a fix for anyone that has unlimited data and no access to WiFi. Since there is LITERALLY zero option to download updates over mobile data now, I use my tablet and turn it into mobile hotspot, which tricks my phone by *technically* being on WiFi, and voila! Updating now.

Connect the two devices vice versa and that works to update my tablet as well.
