On two different pairs of earbuds I've had an issue where slightly disturbing the earbud would pause audio and then play a short "vwoom" sound, after which the audio would resume. I originally thought that this was simply the earbuds fault, since they were cheap $30 walmart earbuds, but I have just bought a pair of Airpods Pro 2nd Gen and the exact same issue occurs.

I believe this is a sort of feature that either Google or Samsung has implemented into Android 12, but I cannot find any mention of such a feature anywhere on the internet, let alone a way to turn it off.

This issue is very frustrating, since simply walking causes a misfire of the detection, which also mutes all audio for about 1.5 seconds after the "wvoom" sound plays.

Additionally, I have the Samsung Z Flip 3, but I am posting this on Galaxy forums because i believe this is an Android 12 issue.

Congratulations, you have unusually shaped ear canals. What's happening is the earbuds are moving enough in your ear canal for it to trigger the built in removal detection, causing it to pause. Once it redetects your ear it'll play it's "ready" noise, and then start playing again.
I'm in the same boat, I've been through about a dozen buds and the only ones that stay in my skull and don't constantly disconnect are the galaxy buds live.

But why does it make the same noise as on the last pair of earbuds I had? And is there a way to turn it off completely?
