Knox + Insights update: phone is locked

After the update I can't use my phone, its just stuck at the insight programs app. I did the whole update EMEI update thing and nothing happens. 

I'm missing the 3rd button at the bottom and I can't get notifications either. Can't do anything put look at the insights app. My phone is useless at the moment. How do I fix this?

Looks like the update put my phone in Kiosk mode and I do not have a password to remove that.

seen both of your posts on here. Have you had any success changing modes through the Hard Buttons on the side?? i.e. Power+Volume Combos to enter into the Boot
