Last update messing with text settings.

I am still having an issue with all of the text presets above the keyboard on my ZFlip 3 5g since the last update. 

It took the GIF button out of the shortcut menu (above the keyboard by emoji button). Every time I go to use it, even after I relocate it to the shortcut bar, it is missing and I have to pull it back into shortcut bar...

Can this get a patch please? Driving me nutty...
