Galaxy Z FlipA word of advice for your visit to your carrier... if they can't identify a problem at first, kindly escalate the matter or create a support ticket to tier 2/advanced tech support. This will ensure that a real expert takes a look at your network profile in their system. You want to be absolutely certain this isn't on their end before trying other options.

Yeah, I was going to suggest that you reset your network settings, but since your carrier already had you do that... there isn't a whole lot I could do to troubleshoot this to be honest. Did the troubleshooting your carrier carried out help for a little while, and then this issue reoccurred?

Additionally, if your number was previously registered with iMessages, you will need to remove, unlink or deregister your Phone Number from Apple's iMessage Service through your Apple account.
