Not receiving text messages

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 (about a week old) 
Stopped receiving texts. Not clear if only iphone messages. Seems to be all texts, although not confirmed.
Any help greatly appreciated!

A word of advice for your visit to your carrier... if they can't identify a problem at first, kindly escalate the matter or create a support ticket to tier 2/advanced tech support. This will ensure that a real expert takes a look at your network profile in their system. You want to be absolutely certain this isn't on their end before trying other options.

Have you reached out to your mobile carrier about this yet? Usually calls and texts are squarely within their realm of responsibility to troubleshoot.

Thank you, I did, they thought it was a google messenger app I had downloaded saying there are problems with that app. I deactivated it, uninstalled it, they did something to my network... I reset my network on the phone. Everyone thought that was it.. nope. But I briefcase I will walk into the AT&T shop tomorrow and see what they can do.
No one else on my plan is experiencing any problems. They all have iphones and I am the black sheep trying something different. 🙃

Ah, I see! Yeah, I was going to suggest that you reset your network settings, but since your carrier already had you do that... there isn't a whole lot I could do to troubleshoot this to be honest. Did the troubleshooting your carrier carried out help for a little while, and then this issue reoccurred?

Additionally, if your number was previously registered with iMessages, you will need to remove, unlink or deregister your Phone Number from Apple's iMessage Service through your Apple account.

For additional assistance, we recommend reaching out to your service provider, as they are responsible for this service
