I have been a Samsung cellphone/smartphone owner for many years and have enjoyed many different models. I now own the Z Fold 4 and though my factory installed screen protector has now started to bubble and separate down the center, I still love and enjoy it very much.
My request for consideration at this time is regarding the up-coming S24 Ultra. I had the Note which also used the under display fingerprint sensor and it was very hard to find protective cases and/or screen protectors that worked well with the fingerprint sensor. Many times the result is having to purchase a new case or just removing it all together in order for it to work.
I would like to suggest moving the sensor to the side of the phone like it is on the Fold. It is so much more reliable. Also, sometimes that finger print smudge mark is annoying to look at when the screen need cleaning.
I know the under display features seems like a really big deal, however, placing the sensor on the side or even offering both would be a more practical and efficient ideal in my opinion.
