Galaxy Z FlipSamsung Z flip getting shutdown when closing. Its been just 6 months I've purchased this mobile and post recent samsung update I'm facing this issue of mobile getting shutdown while folding mobile. Its a pathetic service from Samsung that even though mobile is under warranty they're not ready to repair it free of cost as there is a small scratch in back panel.
clearly its a hardware defect as so many customers are facing this issue with flip/fold samsung mobiles. scratch has nothing to do with hardware issue still samsung isn't ready to repair it as they wanted to loot the customers.
Highly regretted by buying this mobile for 88000/- completely waste of money and samsung is such a waste to invest upon.
