Screens is black and will not come on

My screen  went out about 3 months after buying the phone factory unlocked from Samsung. I parked it for months turned it on and it came on a few times but stopped again. I don't have find my mobile on so is there any way to unlock it from my other device? Or a secret code to troubleshoot it?

My screen turns on when it wants if i cant access it cuz i cant see the numbers for my unlock code will a factory reset help?

So pressing the side button doesn't turn it on? How about tapping the screen to wake up, does that work?

No it has power to the phone but the screen will not come on.
Its a greater issue than tapping

Ok it sounds to me that either 1, your digitizer isn't connected properly which is why it turns on and off randomly, youd have to send it in for a repair. 2, it's cracked which still needs a repair. It is possible for the digitizer to be broken while the glass is intact
