Unable to change the notification sounds after update

I just updated my Samsung galaxy flip 3 and now I can't change the notification sound I can't make my text messages sound diffrent from. Every other notification can someone help me please

When you receive said notification, long press it and then tap details. You'll go to the app info, where you will see notifications.
