Galaxy Z FlipIm so disappointed. I have been using my Z flip 5 for 15 days when I have noticed green line in the middle section of the screen. Also, when I open the screen the half of the screen becomes black. Its been only 15 days. I have contacted customer support and brought the phone to the repair. They told me that I will get a new phone. But after 20 days of waiting they told me that I was not approved new phone. They will replace the screen instead. Im still waiting and no phone. So frustrating. And such a poor customer support from Samsung. Please note that I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But I dont understan why I have to wait so long for them to fix this.
