Battery issue

My galaxy zflip battery is draining too fast at the end of the day i have to charge it everytime and my screen on time it has been 3 hours or sometimes less does anyone has some tips ?  I keep my Bluetooth and wifi off when i don't need it and im new to android and Samsung phones is there anything that i might be doing wrong?
