Don't take your phone to uBreakiFix if you want to take advantage of Samsung promotions. The company refuses to honor it. I was finally able to get a response from uBreakiFix and they said even if Samsung tells you you are eligible for discounts they won't be able to honor any of them. uBreakiFix should be immediately removed from Samsung's list of authorized repair centers.
Yeah I tried to get my zflip4 front screen repaired by them and their "systems were down" so they didn't help me. I won't do a flip or fold anymore if I have to rely on a 3rd party vendor. I want self repair kits available from Samsung.
They told me it would be $200 but they had to order the screen. I waited a week for the screen, reconfirmed that it was going to be $200, then left the phone with them. They waited until I dropped the phone off to call and tell me it's going to be $360. Both Samsung and uBreakiFix are :wastebasket:️ I'm going back to OnePlus
