Hoping someone can assist with the Samsung Z Flip and Whatsapp synching issues. The Whatsapp images and video albums are being created, however they aren't synching with OneDrive. They are visible as albums under gallery. When going into settings / gallery synch/ all albums - they aren't there. The albums aren't listed to synch.
In gallery, in the actual album, I've clicked on the onedrive sync icon (which has a line through it) and it takes me to "albums to sync" - with no whatsapp albums listed.
Hi, media visibility is on. I created new albums without the word Whatsapp in them - copied the images from the WhatsApp albums into the new folders - and was able to synch them.
This seems to be a Samsung-WhatsApp conflict.
Not sure if you feel the same way, the Z Flip saves the images so deep into folders, it is such a pain when getting to them through onedrive.
