Game launcher beta issue

I was invited to join the game launcher beta program. However, when I attempted to join, I got the following message: You cannot join the promotion due to an abnormal status on your device. (GCF4015)

My device is a Samsung Galaxy 

S20 FE 5G

Whenever I attempt to enter the Samsung Game Launcher Beta Program, I am greeted with a message saying"An age restriction applies to this promotion. You cannot participate in this promotion. (GCF4022)"

I've been over 18 for awhile now but for whatever reason I cannot complete my entry for the beta program for Samsung's Game Launcher. I made sure my account had my birthday correct (which it was already) but still gave me problems.

Any idea to fixing this situation? 

I would love a chance to enter.
