Ingame sound and mic issue while playing games turning mic on

When i am playing freefire with my friends, they keep on saying that my voice is too low and unclear to them. Also turning mic on lowers the in game sound and the game sound becomes difficult to hear. 

Anyone have solution for this?

My device-- Galaxy F22 (recently bought)

The F-22 I believe is an India only model did you buy them on Amazon by chance or eBay

no i bought it in offline market nearby my home. I am from nepal actually and samsung india launches ever device in nepal also which they launch in india
