I was browsing around (Remote play on my S24) for new games on my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Came across South of Midnight, and the animation reminded me of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse with 24 FPS animation.
I was surprised how much I like the game. Southern folklore is pretty interesting. Read stories of Huggin' Molly, who is a giant spider who kidnaps children. The way South of Midnight reimagined these monsters is pretty awesome.
Has anyone played this game? If not, is there any game that you were surprised you really liked?
