So since the latest update my watch has not been recording my sleep at all. I have done everything possible to try and get it to work. Does anyone else have an idea or will Samsung actually help with this instead of letting us fumble around, until we figure it out?
I am sorry to hear that you are having the same problem. I have not found one solution to this prblem yet. Samsung is so busy trying to beat Apple that they are not helping their actual customers when their devices start playing up!
