Purchased end of Feb 2019 as late V-Day gift (given to me).
No problems that didn't sort out on own.
Until 3 days ago.
Noticed battery on 38%. Took off to charge.
After putting on charger white and gold-colored lines showed scrolling like very old Analog TVs the need antenna adjustments.
Appeared to drain batter quickly: 38% to 3%. Attempted to turn off (successful) and try again.
No longer functional at this point. Will not actually turn on, do anything aside from a short vibration when holding button.
Noticed significant increase in surface temperature.
Moved locations, outlets, direction of watch.
Also let it cool repeatedly and did all again.
Tried reset of holding power button.
Nothing works now aside from the scrolling. Will not turn on, or do anything else when on charger.
Will not turn on when not on charger.
I do not have any information as this was a gift.

Sir, as I stated in my original post, I do not have this information (aka the original paperwork because I am unable to locate, and asking the gift-giver has proved unfruitful).
I had to look up how to pair it and get it started.
Being unable to turn on the watch also makes this un-doable.
Is there another way to access that information?
