My right ear bud's volume is lower than my left. Cleaned it and did a reset that didn't solve the issue.
Contacted Samsung which ultimately said they can replace it with a copy of the original receipt even though I registered the ear buds when I bought it. So what is the point of registering the product if they still need a receipt? Do I need to save my receipts for my S10 too??? This is so backwards of Samsung.
I certainly understand your frustration. However, a valid Bill of Sale would be required for a service exchange. Can you please provide me with your full model number and serial number in a private message?
