After reboot screen sticks on S3 frontier

  • Hi,  after I reboot my S3 frontier and the watch fires up I have to follow the "get to know your watch".
  • everything works until it says " press home key to find your apps" and I can't get past this.  It sticks on screen and even though the button works it won't let me proceed. 
  • All ideas welcome,  I've lost count how many times I've tried on/off/ reboot.

I am sorry to hear of your S3 Frontier freezing after reboot, and can understand the inconvenience and frustration. Other than the usual reboot and powering on and off, there are other steps you can take in this article: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003105/#restart-and-update-the-watch

If the troubleshooting is ineffective, you may need the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can view service options, such as mail-in or walk-in appointments through this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service
